Kualifikasi Commis Cook :

Pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga / pengalaman relevan di dapur.
Paham basic food preparation & food safety (higienitas, FIFO).
Mampu kerja cepat, rapi, dan dalam tim.
Siap kerja shift dan di bawah tekanan.

Jobdesk Commis Cook :

Menyiapkan bahan sesuai standar resep dan instruksi Chef.
Membantu proses memasak & prepare.
Menjaga kebersihan area kerja, alat, dan penyimpanan bahan.
Mengecek stok harian dan melapor ke atasan.
