Job description for Commis Cold Kitchen at Mitte

Membantu Chef de Partie Cold Kitchen dan tim kitchen dalam operasional harian
Menyiapkan bahan baku untuk menu cold kitchen seperti salad, sandwich, dressing, garnish, dan menu lainnya sesuai recipe dan SOP
Melakukan cutting, portioning, marinating, weighing, dan food preparation sesuai standar
Memastikan kualitas produk, konsistensi rasa, serta presentasi makanan sesuai standar restoran
Menjaga kebersihan area cold kitchen, peralatan, dan utensils sesuai standar hygiene & food safety
Membantu opening dan closing area cold kitchen untuk memastikan operasional berjalan lancar

Kualifikasi:

Minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan jurusan Tata Boga/Kuliner
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Commis Chef Cold Kitchen atau Kitchen Staff
Memahami basic food preparation, cold kitchen operation, serta food safety & hygiene
Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan bekerja sama dalam tim
Disiplin, teliti, dan memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi
Bersedia bekerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur nasional
