Job description for Commis (Ampera) at Luc Coffee
• Help with food prep and cooking based on standard recipes and SOP under senior chefs’ guidance.
• Make sure ingredients are fresh, handled properly, and used efficiently to reduce waste.
• Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and hygienic following food safety standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations, especially during busy hours.
• Work well with the team and follow directions from Demi Chef or Head Chef.
• Help with stock checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
