Job description for Commercial Scriptwriter at PT Rajawali Wira Buana Sakti (TEONE)
At TEONE, we build health & wellness brands that help people live stronger, longer, better and great products deserve great storytelling. We're looking for a Scriptwriter who can turn product truths into scripts that stop the scroll, build trust, and drive action.
If you're the kind of writer who obsesses over hooks, rewrites a line five times until it lands, and wants your words seen by millions, this is your seat.
What you'll do:
- Own the script: turn creative briefs into compelling video scripts, from 15-second ads to long-form educational content
- Craft hooks, storylines, and CTAs that make viewers stop, watch, and buy
- Translate health & ingredient claims into copy that's clear, factual, and persuasive
- Adapt tone and structure across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube) and across our brands
- Collaborate with the Production Head and video team from concept to final cut, ensuring the script survives the edit
- Keep scripts, revisions, and feedback organized so every project moves fast
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of scriptwriting / copywriting experience ( health, wellness, or D2C brands are a big plus)
- A portfolio that shows you can write for video (bring your best 3 scripts or published videos)
- Sharp storytelling instincts: you understand pacing, emotion, and why people keep watching
- Fluent in writing conversational Bahasa Indonesia that connects with everyday audiences
- Curious, coachable, and honest. Able to take feedback seriously but defend good ideas
- Education: SMA/SMK and up
