Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Commercial Manager for our client, Kandang Juragan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities for cattle and meat across B2C and B2B segments.
- Prepare sales offers, pricing, and promotional programs aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Lead and develop the online and offline Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze the market, customers, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct pitches and negotiations with prospective clients and strategic business partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Animal Science preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and a target-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
