𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Lead commercial and sales strategy for the vegetables business across Indonesia.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and commercial planning.
- Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and channel networks.
- Lead product marketing activities, farmer engagement programs, demos, and field trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and HR.
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure strong commercial governance.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Management, or related fields.
- 12+ years of experience in agribusiness, preferably in vegetables, seeds, or agri-input industries.
- Strong experience managing distributor-based commercial operations.
- Good understanding of Indonesia’s vegetable farming ecosystem and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
