Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst
Location: Batam
Employment Type: Full-time (English Speaker)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome (experience in commercial finance or FP&A is a plus)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, or reporting tools is an advantage
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally
Note: Nagoya area residency preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
• Analyze sales and profit performance across brands and customers
• Support analysis of promotions, pricing, and business deals to improve profitability
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide financial insights for business decisions
• Help improve reporting processes and workflows to enhance efficiency

This is a Batam-based role providing dedicated accounting support for a Singaporean company.
