Spanning 40,000 square meters, the mall offers a wide range of local and international fashion brands, a comprehensive children's entertainment facility, and the largest cinema in the city. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help expand our business network and build strategic partnerships that will enhance 23 Paskal's visibility and growth.
As a Business Development Manager and Commercial & Partnership Manager (Casual Leasing Manager), you will be responsible for new business development, exploring collaborations with strategic partners, and managing relationships with potential tenants and stakeholders. You will analyze market opportunities, design business development strategies, and ensure that all initiatives align with company objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure the leasing process runs efficiently and effectively, as well as participate in event planning and promotional initiatives that support business growth.
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in any major and 1 to 3 years of work experience in a relevant field. Candidates should possess strong business analytical skills, experience in new business development, and an understanding of marketing strategy and business negotiations. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot and Salesforce will be a plus. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have a passion for international business and the ability to design sustainable business growth strategies. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a similar position, preferably within the shopping mall industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, partnerships, and public relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business considerations, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop commercial and partnership strategies, annual work plans, KPIs, and budgets.
- Achieve commercial revenue, branding, and area occupancy targets.
- Build and expand B2B networks and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in the field of casual leasing marketing.
- Negotiate with prospective partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners collaboration.
- Lead, evaluate, coach, and develop team members.
