Commercial & Logistics Officer

We are looking for a Commercial & Logistics Officer who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive to support our daily business operations.

Main Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue quotation to clients

- Follow up client PO, material request, and payment status

- Maintain proper document control and filing

- Monitor inventory in/out and logistics documents

- Handle material receiving, QC, and delivery documentation

- Coordinate with internal team, supplier, and client to ensure smooth order flow

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, or related field

- Experience in administration, commercial support, logistics, procurement support, or related role

- Familiar with documents such as Quotation, PO, Invoice, and Delivery Note / Surat Jalan

- Good in Google Sheets, Google Drive, Docs, and Gmail

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to do strong follow-up

Preferred

- Experience in project-based business, trading, procurement, or construction/technical supply

- Familiar with inventory monitoring and site material receiving
