We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team.
As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth, increase revenue, and strengthen the company's market presence. You will oversee sales initiatives, establish and maintain strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to achieve the company's commercial objectives. You will also monitor business performance, analyze market trends, and ensure the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Experience in the Hospitality, Hotel, Spa, or Wellness industry is an advantage.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive sales, business partnerships, and revenue growth.
Strong business analysis, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
Target-oriented with excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
