Job description for Collector at PT Tawada Healthcare

Requirements:

1. Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in any major.

2. Male, aged between 25 and 30 years old.

3. Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).

4. Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

5. Willing to work in a mobile/outdoor setting.

6. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the collection process is carried out in a polite, professional manner and in

accordance with company procedures.

2. Ensure that overdue customer data is always updated and accurate.

3. Record collection results and make daily/weekly/monthly reports.

4. Carry out duties by maintaining the ethics and good name of the company, and avoiding

harsh actions, coercion, or violations of the law in the collection process.
