Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collection, preferably in fintech lending, cashloan, or consumer finance.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a collection leadership or managerial position.
- Proven track record in achieving collection targets and managing collection teams.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of OJK regulations and collection practi
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve collection targets.
- Lead and supervise Desk Collection and Field Collection teams.
- Monitor collection performance, delinquency rates, and recovery rates.
- Establish collection KPIs, SOPs, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure collection activities comply with applicable regulations, OJK requirements, and company policies.
