Collection & Revenue Assurance Supervisor

1Engage is looking for a Collection & Revenue Assurance Supervisor to join our team — the person who keeps our revenue cycle airtight by chasing documents, reconciling data, and getting Sales, Finance & Commercial to actually talk to each other.

Job Description

Prepare & organize collection documents (BAST, PO)
Reconcile billing data with customers
Monitor AR aging & follow up on outstanding documents
Coordinate with Finance on unbilled revenue
Ensure PO/PR is properly recognized and recorded

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Accounting/Finance/Business or related)
Minimum 4 years of experience in collections, billing, or revenue assurance
Strong Excel skills; familiar with ERP systems
Sharp negotiation & communication skills
Detail-obsessed, unbothered by chasing people down
Tech industry experience is a plus
