Job description for Collaborator/Intern, Talent Acquisition at Garena Việt Nam

Mô tả công việc
Sourcing: Identify potential candidates via (1) Searching on career networks such as Linkedin (2) Job posting on platforms such as Linkedin, Vietnamworks, social media, etc.
Support in talent hunting by deep-researching about potential candidates and market’s talent trends in Vietnam and Pakistan
Follow up with candidates regarding their recruitment process, joining interviews to understand the recruitment requirements
Other recruitment admin tasks such as setting up interviews, contacting candidates in time of interviews.

Having experience in Recruitment is a plus
Able to work full time
Excellent command in English is a plus
