Kyō Coffee is looking for a skilled and passionate Coffee Roaster to join our growing team.
If you have a keen sense of flavor, a steady hand on the roasting machine, and a desire to help elevate the coffee experience, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities include :
* Roasting coffee beans to perfection using a variety of machines.
* Developing and adjusting roast profiles for different coffee blends.
* Ensuring consistency and quality across all batches.
* Managing green bean inventory and quality control.
* Collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
* Maintaining a clean and organized roasting area.
What we’re looking for:
* 1+ year(s) of experience as a coffee roaster (preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of various roasting methods and equipment (e.g., [list specific machines you use]).
* Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality coffee.
* Ability to troubleshoot and adjust roasting profiles.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* A commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
