- Membuat kopi di central production untuk dipasarka

- Mengembangkan menu dan keterampilan

- Membersihkan alat kerja dan mengatur stok opname

- Bertanggung jawab membersihkan alat kerja agar tetap terawat dan memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam mengatur stok persediaan. Mulai dari biji kopi, sirup, susu dan kebutuhan lain.
