Job description for COFFEE EXPERIENCES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE at LACÀPH

1. New Business Development & Outreach

• Identify and approach new potential partners including companies, banks, insurance companies, and travel partners.

• Focus on growing ticket sales, corporate bookings, and partnership programs.

• Conduct targeted outreach to reward platforms, community groups, and other relevant partners to expand customer acquisition.

• Develop new revenue opportunities beyond existing travel and OTA channels.

2. Partnership & Account Management

• Manage assigned accounts and ensure smooth communication from first contact to booking confirmation.

• Understand each partner’s customer profile, business needs, and decision-making process.

• Propose suitable Coffee Experiences packages for different partner types.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the promised experience is delivered professionally.

• Build long-term relationships with partners to drive repeat bookings and referrals.

3. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for assigned channels.

• Increase the number of tickets sold through new partnership channels.

• Support the growth of private group bookings, corporate experiences, employee engagement sessions, customer reward programs, and brand collaboration activities.

• Track sales activities, conversion rates, and account performance.

• Provide weekly updates on pipeline, activities, opportunities, challenges, and next actions.

4. Market Research & Lead Generation

• Research new partnership opportunities in relevant industries.

• Identify potential programs where Lacàph Coffee Experiences can be included, such as bank privileges, insurance customer engagement, corporate wellness, employee engagement, tourism packages, and lifestyle membership programs.

• Benchmark similar cultural, food, beverage, and local experience offerings in the market.

• Share insights with the team to improve packaging, pricing, and sales approach.

5. Internal Coordination

• Update and maintain sales trackers, performance reports, and booking dashboards.

• Support the preparation of sales materials, proposals, partner decks, and customized offers.

• Prepare insightful weekly and monthly sales summaries for the Coffee Experiences BD Lead.

• Work closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Sales admin to support partnership activations and brand collaborations.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality Operations, Tourism, Events, or a related role.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets, booking systems, and standard administrative software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, tourism, events, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) is a significant plus.

• A genuine passion for Vietnamese coffee, culture, and hospitality.

• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and support cross-functional tasks.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people, opening new opportunities, and building relationships that can turn into revenue. They should not wait for leads to come in, but actively search, approach, follow up, and convert. They are comfortable talking to different types of partners, from corporate HR teams to bank privilege programs, travel companies, local tour operators, and lifestyle communities. This person should be able to represent Lacàph professionally, communicate the value of Vietnamese coffee experiences clearly, and help bring more guests into Lacàph Coffee Experiences Space.

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

After 3–6 months, the Coffee Experiences Account Executive should be able to:

• Build a clear pipeline of new partnership opportunities.

• Activate new accounts that generate real bookings.

• Create revenue from channels that the team has not fully developed before.

• Support the growth of total tickets sold for Coffee Experiences.

• Reduce the sales workload pressure on the current BD lead.

• Contribute to a stronger and more scalable Coffee Experiences sales engine.
