Job description for Coffee Beverage Specialist at Sancha Artisan Milk Tea
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks,and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service, taking orders accurately and handling payments
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
- Restock ingredients and supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups and cup
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling andsanitation
- Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally
Requirements:
- Must be neat, clean, and tidy
- Male/Female, aged between 19 to 28. (preference willbe given to male and those who are unmarried)
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail
- Be proficient in using both manual and automatic coffee machines
- Own a private vehicle for work
