PT XETUP SOLUSI TEKNOLOGI is an agile, high-growth IT Consultancy and Technology Firm based in Yogyakarta. We operate with the speed of an early-stage startup but the precision of a seasoned industry leader. To date, we have a proven track record of successfully delivering hundreds of projects for a diverse range of over 100 clients & partners, including SMEs, large corporations, and government institutions across both domestic and international markets.
While we are expert IT Consultants providing end-to-end custom software development and end-to-end technology transformation, we also maintain an extensive ecosystem of over 12 proprietary web-based products (such as XETPOS, XINAU, and XECOMMERCE). We have the infrastructure; now we are looking for a powerhouse partner to scale our commercial reach.
The Partnership Vision
We are not looking for an employee. We are seeking a True Partner to join our leadership as Co-Founder & CBO. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to define and execute the company’s commercial trajectory. This role is for a high-impact leader who can leverage our technical excellence and massive product portfolio to dominate the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy: Lead the firm’s business expansion, focusing on securing high-value contracts and strategic partnerships within corporate and government sectors (B2B/B2G).
- Revenue Acceleration: Transform our technical infrastructure and 12+ proprietary platforms into consistent, high-growth revenue streams.
- Strategic Networking: Serve as the primary face of the firm in high-level negotiations, building long-term relationships with institutional stakeholders and industry leaders.
- Executive Decision Making: Act as a core strategic partner to the CEO, influencing every major decision regarding the company's future, from scaling to investment.
- Market Positioning: Elevate the brand identity of PT XETUP SOLUSI TEKNOLOGI as a premier leader in IT consultancy and technical innovation.
Requirements
- Education: A Master’s Degree (S2) is preferred; however, a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is highly welcome if accompanied by a stellar, proven track record of professional achievements.
- Proven Track Record: You must have a demonstrated history of success in high-level Business Development, Tech Sales, or IT Consultancy. We value "proven value" over mere certificates.
