The Restaurant Supervisor and Club Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our dining and entertainment venues. Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, ensuring high standards of customer service, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining inventory and supplies, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The ideal candidate will also be involved in training new employees, implementing operational procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the venue. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant or club management is required, with a preference for those familiar with Western dining concepts. Strong teamwork abilities, along with experience in restaurant supervision and management, are essential.
