CLUB SUPERVISOR
📍 Lima Padel Club
Lima Padel Club is looking for a responsible and service-oriented Club Supervisor with a background in Food & Beverage (F&B) or restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the second-in-command after the Club Manager, supporting daily club operations and team coordination.
- Report directly to the Club Manager and assist in implementing operational standards and procedures.
- Oversee daily F&B and restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and coordinate the service team, ensuring productivity and service quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the club.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest feedback or operational issues.
- Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and other daily operational needs.
- Take charge of club operations in the Club Manager’s absence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar position is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
