The role of Club Server at ShiShi Bali involves providing excellent customer service to guests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking drink and food orders, serving beverages and meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness of the dining and bar areas, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Club Servers are also expected to work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
Candidates for the Club Server position must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in Chinese Restaurant, Customer Service, Western Restaurant, Barbecue Restaurant, or Restaurant Reception is highly preferred.
