The role of Waitress & Waiter and Club Runner involves providing outstanding customer service in a fast-moving restaurant setting. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. The Club Runner will also assist with managing the flow of guests, supporting the front-of-house team, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the establishment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for female candidates with a minimum education level of SMA/SMK and between 1 and 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in Chinese Restaurant, Customer Service, Western Restaurant, Barbecue Restaurant, or Restaurant Reception is highly advantageous. Candidates should be personable, able to work well under pressure, and committed to delivering excellent service.
