Club Runner – Job Description
* Deliver beverages, food orders, amenities, and operational items promptly to designated areas within the club.
* Support smooth coordination between Bar, Kitchen, VIP, and Service teams during operational hours.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of operational and guest areas.
* Handle guest requests quickly and professionally under the direction of supervisors or service staff.
* Refill operational supplies such as napkins, glassware, ice buckets, menus, and other service necessities.
* Assist with table setup, clearance, and general floor support during busy operations.
* Ensure all delivered items are accurate, complete, and presented according to company standards.
* Support opening and closing operational duties as assigned.
* Maintain good communication and teamwork with all departments to ensure efficient club operations.
* Provide friendly, responsive, and professional support to enhance guest experience.
