Job description for Cloud Solution Specialist at PT SUITEN INOVASI SUKSES
- At least 2-3 years experiences in product management/ IT business analyst role with a reputable fast-pace tech startup/ IT consulting company
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Akamai, security certifications)
- Proven track record of managing project end-to-end with strong delivery/ quantifiable metrics
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science (preferred) or Engineering/ Science with a reputable university, with Min. GPA: 3 out of 4
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and provide recommendation beyond client requirements
- Strong leadership & communication skills, ability to act as bridge between business users and tech team
- Proficient in IT products, IT infrastucture (servers, cloud, licenses) and project management
- Ability to proactively and independently manage scope, timeline, and resources in various IT projects
- Ability in conducting requirements workshop with business users and discovery process with designers and researches
- Ability in leading User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Proficiency in multiple development languages is a plus (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript, Scala).
- Proficient in English (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) is a must
- Develop strategy for product under management, align with company's objectives
- Understand customers' overall data estate, IT and business priorities and success measures to desig implementation architechtures and solutions,
- Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth - Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their investments.
- Apply technical knowledge to architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, create Data Platform, AA/AI roadmaps, and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key analytics and AI technologies where appropriate
- Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
- Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers. Deliver according to \industry best practices & using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP) and Value Based Delivery (VBD).
- Create marketing activity budget, prepare product launching from planning until product sales and profit target achieved
- Analyze internal data, market data, feedbacks for product sales evaluation and to gain new idea for creating new product strategy
- Maintain good relationship with internal users and external customers, and keep growing new customer databases to boost sales level
- Provide product training to enable product sales, educate customers, and for internal use
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community while educate customers
