Job Description:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure and systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application environments using Elasticsearch and other observability tools.
- Implement infrastructure best practices, including clustering, load balancing, failover, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts for system administration, deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or equivalent technologies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and integrate Kubernetes to improve software development and deployment processes.
- Ensure consistent, secure, and reliable configurations across development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Security, Development, and Operations teams to identify and resolve infrastructure, security, and deployment issues.
- Promote and implement DevOps practices to improve collaboration, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure and CI/CD-related issues across teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, configurations, solutions, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures while protecting company data and reporting potential security incidents.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, System Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience in FinTech, payment gateway, banking, e-commerce, or other high-availability environments is preferred.
- Willing to support incident response/on-call activities when required.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and configuration management.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Elasticsearch and monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, or similar.
- Understanding of high availability, load balancing, clustering, failover, disaster recovery, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing automation using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, encryption, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills, particularly for infrastructure and CI/CD issues.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and experience collaborating with Development, Security, QA, and Operations teams.
