Job description for Cloud Consultant Enterprise at PT CLoud Ace Integra
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Cloud Consultant Enterprise to join our PT Cloud Ace Integra team. As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) of Google, we specialize in Google Cloud services, training, projects, and cloud-based application development. This role will focus on providing solutions for enterprise clients and requires an individual with solid communication skills, a deep understanding of cloud technology, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Solution & Pre-Sales Ownership
- Lead enterprise customer discussions from initial discovery to solution proposal.
- Own solution timelines, proposal milestones, and follow-ups (non-engineering role).
- Act as the main coordinator between customers, sales, and internal technical teams.
- Consultative & Solution-Oriented Engagement
- Understand customer business strategy, challenges, and objectives.
- Translate business needs into appropriate Google Cloud–based solutions.
- Shift conversations from product pitching to value- and outcome-driven solutions.
- Front-Facing Customer Interaction
- Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and solution discussions with enterprise clients.
- Present solution proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Support consultative negotiation and objection handling together with the sales team.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal sales and delivery teams to align scope and expectations.
- Provide regular updates and reporting (Horenso: report–inform–consult).
- Maintain structured documentation of discussions and decisions.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong interest and understanding of cloud technology, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solution-oriented and consultative mindset (not product-focused).
- Comfortable with front-facing, customer-facing, and onsite activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferred
- Experience in enterprise IT, solution consulting, pre-sales, or IT advisory roles.
- Exposure to enterprise customers or complex B2B environments.
- Curiosity about customer business models and strategies.
- Google Cloud Digital Leader or other Google Cloud certifications (a plus).
