Job description for CLM Marketing Manager at SwipeRx
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization, present strategic recommendations, best practices and initiatives that can be scaled regionally when it comes to CRM / Business Analytics.
- Plan, set-up and optimize evergreen and seasonal CRM campaigns. Adopt a customer-first mindset, conceptualise content ideas and work closely with creative teams to actualise them into customer journeys and campaigns
- Keep optimizing evergreen CRM journeys and Assist in the delivery of personalization strategy and roadmap through CRM platform and other relevant marketing platforms
- Perform and enhance audience analysis through data collected across platforms to understand user behavior/engagement across the customer journey to deliver an optimized communication plan
- Manage all aspects of the email/in app pushes and notifications life-cycle, from prospecting to engagement, nurturing, and re-engagement
- Support and implement the migration of our current CRM platform to a new CRM platform.
- Formulate plans and recommendations to continue driving campaigns via CRM to increase MAU, GMV and overall user engagement.
- Exploring innovative ways to drive greater conversion through navigation of content formats, mechanics, and user funnels
- Work with stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, push notification, in-app notification, whatsapp, LINE, SMS, FB messenger, etc)
- Track, measure, and report on performance of these customer communications, design and conduct A/B tests for iterative optimisation and improvement (E.g. subject lines, sales copy, send timing and frequency)
- Have the technical knowledge to set up, implement and track specific events across the user journey in the app, to track GMV and conversion rates
- Monitor and optimise channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale
- Report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns with stakeholders
- Be the digital expert for local and digital marketing teams to setup, monitor, optimise campaigns.
- Review new technologies and keep at the forefront of email marketing developments
- 5 years in a digital marketing role managing CRM/Email/Apps/Business Analytic Tools
- At least 3 years or more experience working in highly analytical and fast-paced environments such as top agencies, management consulting or digital/ecommerce companies. Ad tech/performance advertising is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and strategies
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketplaces
- Familiar with app user acquisition and basic tracking/attribution logic and tech platforms
- Experience in media and campaign planning, execution and presentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, or similar) with understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics
- Experience managing vendors / partners to ensure timeline is met and output is optimized with key focus on driving business performance in the most efficient approach
- Prior experience in Marketing Cloud / CRM platforms (i.e. ideally Braze, salesforce, oracle,etc)
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Self-starter with a great learning attitude, able to learn and pick up new capabilities fast
