Job Descriptions :
Coordinating administrative work that is related to clinical research projects:
- Collaborate with research team members and other parties involved to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule and organize meetings related to clinical research projects.
- Manage communication between the research team, sponsors, and other parties that are involved with the project.
Maintaining and updating all documents that are related to clinical research projects:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all study-related activities, including case report forms, informed consent forms, and regulatory documents.
- Maintain study files in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and institutional policies.
- Prepare and submit required documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and other regulatory authorities.
Contributing in clinical research project, ensuring the project achieves the outcomes:
- Assist in the development and implementation of research summary/research protocol, in collaboration with the research team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and institutional guidelines and standards
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in life-science, medical doctor, or other fields related to human clinical research.
- 1 -2 working experience in related field. Fresh Graduate is also welcome.
- Management skill: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple studies simultaneously and coordinate it accordingly.
- Interpersonal communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved within the projects
- Written communication: Proficiency in writing reports, maintaining documentation, and preparing regulatory submissions.
- Problem-solving and decision-making: Apply logical reasoning to solve day-to-day challenges and make informed decisions (critical thinking).
- Attention to detail: Ensure precise documentation and reporting to maintain the integrity of the clinical research project.
- Having a GCP certification is an advantage
