Job description for Clinic Manager at Fabs.Co
What you will do:
- Run daily clinic operations (scheduling, shifts, inventory, front desk, cleanliness)
- Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, including follow-ups and complaint handling
- Make sure all SOPs, documents, and audit readiness (Dinkes/BPOM) are in place
- Coordinate with marketing for clinic content (testimonials, tours, short video shoots)
- Submit weekly operational and basic finance reports to the CEO
- Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team (pharmacy, service, cleaning, helper)
- Build SOPs and scalable systems for future clinic branches
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in clinic, pharmacy, or health retail operations
- Experienced in handling audits (BPOM or Health Department is a plus)
- Familiar with QC or compounding processes in skincare or personal care is a bonus
- Understands clinic operational processes and management
- Understands basic financial reporting and budget monitoring
- Skilled in managing shifts, inventory, SOPs, and Google Sheets/Excel reporting
- Comfortable working directly with patients/customers, including handling complaints
- Has led a small cross-functional team (4–6 people)
- Firm, organized, and quick to execute tasks
