Job description for Clinic Manager at Klinik Pintar
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at increasing total revenue
- Implement new services and programs to attract more patients and improve clinic utilization
- Develop and manage the clinic’s budget to maximize total revenue
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability
- Ensure high-quality patient care to impact the NPS of patient experience positively
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and lead initiatives to enhance patient care quality, impacting NPS
- Ensure compliance with Healthcare Laws and Regulations to maintain clinic operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for operational efficiency
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a high clinic utilization rate
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff schedules to optimize clinic utilization rate
- Represent the clinic in the community and build relationships to increase patient referrals, impacting total revenue.
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Any major, preferable from Medicine and/or Healthcare
- Having 2 year(s) of working experience in related field, especially in Clinic Operation
- Required Skills: Google Workspace, Financial Literacy, Patient Experience, Partner Management, English (Conversation Level)
- Critical thinking, good in problem identification and analytical thinking
- Fast decision maker, good in create & plan the strategy for clinic operational and perform leadership person
- Good communication skills, both with patient, patient family, doctor team and nonmedical staff
- Build good rapport and maintain good relationship with several parties, such external partner, supplier, insurance, related healthcare institution, etc
