Job description for Clinic Manager at Enreach Behavioral Services
Position: Center Manager (Office Manager)
Enreach Developmental Center | South Jakarta | Full-time
About the Role
You'll own the day-to-day running of the clinic — front office, scheduling, HR administration, supplies, and facilities — while reporting to and coordinating with the Director. This isn't a role for someone who only executes what they're told: we need someone who notices what's missing, builds the process to fix it, and can have a hard conversation with staff without needing it escalated for them.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Ensure day-to-day clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Oversee performance of the Front Office and Cleaner
- Manage and coordinate therapists' schedules and assignments
- Oversee availability of operational supplies and approve purchase requests
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians on facility issues and maintenance
- Act as operational point of contact for Center events
People & HR
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, and HR administration
- Manage employee leave, attendance, and related HR administration
- Prepare payslip and benefits for direct care staff
- Serve as the primary point of authority for therapist-facing policy and conduct
Systems & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update SOPs as needed
- Ensure all permits, licenses, and operational documents remain valid and current
- Handle client complaints and concerns requiring a management decision
External Relations
- Manage partnerships and coordinate with schools, vendors, and other external parties
- Coordinate with the Director on clinic operations and management matters
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Comfortable and confident having direct, sometimes difficult conversations with staff
- A track record of building a process or system on your own initiative, not just following one
- Languages: Fluent in Bahasa and English
Nice to Have
- Background in healthcare, clinic, or school administration
- Familiarity with Indonesian employment matters (BPJS, employment contracts)
- Experience managing vendor or partner relationships
