Job description for Clinic Admin at Nirvana Life Bali

In line with the clinic’s extended operational hours and service days, we are seeking a dedicated professional, a clinic admin, to support daily operations and uphold service quality standards.

This role is integral in maintaining seamless clinic administration, patient coordination, and high-quality healthcare support for both internal employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the clinic, including patient registration, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate medical and operational records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate between medical staff, HR, and departments regarding employee health checkups or medical leave.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory control of medical supplies and office materials.
  • Support general reporting, filing, and communication tasks for the clinic team.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) — essential.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or clinic administration preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
