Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for assigned client
  • Handle daily coordination and communication with client
  • Assist client requests and operational needs promptly
  • Prepare reports, documents, and data input accurately
  • Coordinate internally with related departments
  • Schedule meetings and follow up pending matters
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system
  • Support translation and communication in English when needed
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations for client activities

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and responsible
  • Able to work under deadlines
  • Experience in administration or client handling is preferred
