We are searching for a dedicated Client Success Specialist (CSS) to serve as the vital, proactive bridge between our internal technical team and our amazing brand clients.
Job Description:
- Act as the primary, proactive point of contact between brand clients and the internal team.
- Lead client onboarding, gathering necessary store access, product info, and digital assets.
- Translate technical weekly performance data into clear, digestible reports for clients.
- Manage client communications, expectations, and requests to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate daily priorities between clients and the technical/creative teams to keep workflow smooth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success (agency background preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) with high emotional intelligence.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce metrics (so you can explain reports easily).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client groups smoothly.
