Job description for Client Success Manager at ADVISIA

Job Description
We are looking for a client success manager to act as the local partner for our clients as they expand their business to Indonesia. With a focus on post sales, you will be driving our client’s expansion plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, growth and retention.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the liaison between Advisia, our clients and potential

Requirements
  • Comfortable with conversing in English with multiple stakeholders and presentation
  • Strong networking skills
  • Have a strong and tactical approach in pursuing & establishing professional relationships with prospect partners. Any relevant experience is highly desirable
  • Able to be adaptive and flexible, with a team player-attitude
  • Ability to be proactive and responsible
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working in any fast-paced industry including startups, consulting, is favorable.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written) and strong Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia required.

Working Policies
  • The role requires 3 months probationary period
  • Advisia Group’s work schedule will depend on the circumstances surrounding client project
  • Advisia Group is a hybrid work environment, employees will be expected to be on-site, engaging clients and on the ground
  • Resignation has a 1 month notice period-policy. A minimum 1` year commitment is required for this position
