Job description for Client Success Executive at Red Dot Payment Pte Ltd
· Work closely with our merchants and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of merchant onboarding
· Responsible for maintaining and updating of merchant data and prioritization using Excel, Google Sheets and other software (Trello/FreshDesk)
· Execute daily support operations including responding to inquiries and following up with merchants
· Maintain database including data entry and report generating
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· NITEC/Diploma qualification with relevant administrative or support experience
· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and other applications and tools such as Google Sheets
· Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
· Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritise tasks accordingly
· Good time management and communication skills
· Customer-service mindset with ability to manage expectations, as well as communicate goals and objectives with merchants and internal teams
