We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join a well-established lifestyle & service brand. This role focuses on customer relationship management, membership administration, and delivering a warm, professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and members.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Manage customer/member databases and related administration.
• Support customer feedback, reporting, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support studio initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
• D3/S1 in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Hospitality, Retail, Banking, Membership, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory/highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling customer data and administrative tasks.
• Good English communication is preferred.
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Well-groomed, professional, flexible, and service-oriented.
