Job description for Client Management Intern at Cynopsis Solutions Pte Ltd
Job Description:
- Support project works including MIS for management reports, data management covering migration, preparation, analysis, cleansing and validation
- Perform User Acceptance Testing Queries and System Integration Testing
- Perform data analysis / testing to ensure the business requirements are fulfilled
- To answer client’s queries through ticketing system in a timely manner when required
- Assist on ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Good communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Forward thinking
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong data processing skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum / SQL / Python is a plus
