Job description for Client Experience & Sales Manager - Menswear Brand at Overz Mens Wear
OVERZ — conceptual menswear brand based in Bali. Our stores are located in Ubud and Canggu, and we also actively develop online sales and customer communication through digital platforms and social media.
We are looking for a Client Experience & Sales Manager who can lead sales, strengthen the team, develop customer service, and directly influence the performance of both the physical stores and online customer experience.
This position is for someone who sees the bigger picture beyond personal sales — someone who understands how to build systems, improve conversion, work with a team, elevate customer experience, and transform a beautiful space into an effective commercial environment both offline and online.
Responsibilities:
- Daily organization and supervision of the sales process in the store;
- Daily maintenance of a high level of customer service according to brand standards;
- Daily management of sales staff and trainees, including training and feedback;
- Daily improvement of key store metrics: fittings, conversion, average ticket, repeat visits, and online inquiries;
- Daily control of visual order in the store, collection presentation, and overall atmosphere;
- Daily participation in sales planning and store development;
- Daily reporting, cash discipline control, and operational management;
- Managing customer communication through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and other online channels;
- Supporting online sales, delivery coordination, and remote customer service;
- Quickly identifying weak points in store performance and proposing solutions.
Requirements:
- 28–40;
- Fluent English;
- Sales experience is required, and experience managing creative people is highly important;
- Understanding of the fashion environment, with an interest in style and premium service;
- Leadership qualities, initiative, and a high level of responsibility;
- Confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to hold the team’s attention;
- Ability not only to sell, but also to manage sales;
- Understanding of online customer communication and digital sales processes;
- Currently based in Bali.
