Role Overview:
Grow and retain the platform’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) client base through customer outreach, sales conversion, and active account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales: Contact qualified leads and prospects to introduce the platform and guide them through account onboarding.
• Retention & Client Care: Engage with inactive or at-risk clients to understand their needs, explain platform features and support, and reduce attrition.
• High Net Worth Clients: Conduct in-person meetings with HNW clients and prospects to walk through the platform and key propositions.
• Strategy & Decision-Making: Prioritize lead engagement using provided data, adapt communication pitch/tone to client experience levels, escalate retention cases as needed, and feedback process gaps/market objections to management.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, client relations, or business development—ideally within wealth management, banking, fintech, or insurance.
• Track Record: Proven background in meeting conversion or retention targets. Experience serving HNW or private banking clients is preferred.
• Key Skills: Strong written and spoken English, polished communication presence for face-to-face client meetings, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly without providing financial advice.
• Compliance: Willingness to complete all required regulatory and compliance training.
• Education: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline—or equivalent relevant work experience.
