Job description for Client Coordinator at PT Global Multindo Cipta
We are looking for a confident Coordinator with strong leadership and fluent English to manage day-to-day coordination with the client and lead our support team in Surabaya.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client via phone, email, and video calls
- Coordinate schedules, tasks, and priorities between the client and the Surabaya support team
- Lead, delegate to, and quality-check work from project admins and interns
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables; report status to the client
- Proactively identify issues and propose solutions
- Maintain organised records, trackers, and communication logs
- Develop and improve workflows and SOPs for client service
- Act as the point of contact for the manager and the client (phone, email, and video calls)
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders
- Do project data entry and keep records, trackers, and filing up to date
- Support invoicing records
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English (client-facing)
- 3+ years in coordination, project coordination, or team leadership roles
- Proven leadership and ability to manage a small team
- Highly organised with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace/MS 365, project management apps)
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Nice to have:
- Experience in construction, trades, or engineering projects
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with construction project tools (e.g., Procore, Buildxact, simPRO, ServiceM8)
