Sebagai Cleaning Service, Anda akan bertanggung jawab menjaga kebersihan, kerapian, dan kenyamanan seluruh area kerja — mulai dari ruang kantor, area produksi, hingga fasilitas umum perusahaan — sehingga mendukung kelancaran operasional dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat bagi seluruh karyawan.

Tugasan & Tanggung Jawab Utama

Kebersihan Area Kerja

Membersihkan dan merawat kebersihan ruang kantor, showroom, ruang meeting, toilet, pantry sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan.
Menyapu, mengepel, mengelap, serta membuang sampah secara rutin di seluruh area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
Memastikan ketersediaan perlengkapan kebersihan (sabun, tisu, kantong sampah, dll.) di setiap area.

Perawatan Fasilitas & Peralatan

Merawat dan menjaga peralatan kebersihan agar selalu dalam kondisi baik dan siap digunakan.
Melaporkan kerusakan fasilitas (kran bocor, lampu mati, dll.) kepada pihak terkait agar segera ditindaklanjuti.
Membantu penataan ruang saat ada kebutuhan acara internal perusahaan (rapat, kunjungan tamu, dll.).

Kedisiplinan & Koordinasi Kerja

Mengikuti arahan dan jadwal kerja dari atasan/koordinator kebersihan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait apabila ada permintaan kebersihan tambahan atau situasi mendesak.
Menjaga sikap sopan, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugas harian.

Kualifikasi & Spesifikasi

Pendidikan & Pengalaman:

Pendidikan minimal SMP/SMA/SMK sederajat.
Pengalaman sebagai Cleaning Service diutamakan, namun fresh graduate/tanpa pengalaman dipersilakan melamar.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift apabila diperlukan.

Keahlian Teknis & Soft Skills:

Rajin, teliti, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi dalam menjaga kebersihan.
Fisik yang sehat dan mampu bekerja secara mobile di berbagai area (kantor & pabrik).
Jujur, disiplin, dan dapat bekerja sama dalam tim.
Mampu mengatur waktu dengan baik agar seluruh area tetap bersih sesuai jadwal.

Lokasi Kerja

Mlese, Ceper, Klaten, Jawa Tengah (Berbasis di kantor pusat/pabrik).
