- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian seluruh area kantor, termasuk area kerja, ruang meeting, pantry, dan area bersama lainnya.
- Menyapu, mengepel, serta membersihkan meja, kursi, permukaan kaca, dan perabot kantor lainnya secara berkala.
- Memastikan ruang meeting dalam keadaan bersih dan rapi sebelum dan sesudah digunakan.
- Mengosongkan tempat sampah secara rutin dan memastikan seluruh area kantor tetap bersih.
- Memastikan ketersediaan perlengkapan kebersihan dan menyimpannya dengan baik.
- Melakukan pengecekan berkala untuk menjaga kebersihan kantor sepanjang hari.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Pendidikan minimal Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA/SMK) atau sederajat.
- Pengalaman sebelumnya sebagai staf Cleaning Service menjadi nilai tambah.
- Jujur, pekerja keras, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Teliti, serta memiliki kepedulian terhadap kebersihan dan kerapian.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Menunjukkan inisiatif dalam menjaga lingkungan kerja yang bersih dan tertata rapi.
Lokasi kerja: Harbour Bay, Batam, dari Senin hingga Jumat.

What You Will Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including workspaces, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and regularly clean desks, chairs, glass surfaces, and other office fixtures.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy before and after use.
- Empty waste bins regularly and ensure all office areas remain clean.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and properly stored.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain office cleanliness throughout the day.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Service staff member is an advantage.
- Honest, hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong awareness of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates initiative in maintaining a clean and well-organised working environment.
Working Arrangement: On-site in Harbour Bay Area, Batam from Monday to Friday
