Kualifikasi

Pendidikan: lulusan SMA, SMK, atau sederajat.

Pengalaman: Minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai staf atau pengawas kebersihan.

Sertifikasi: Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan manajemen kebersihan dan Pest Control menjadi nilai tambah.

Kemampuan Teknis (Hard Skills)

Menguasai teknik dasar kebersihan seperti sweeping, mopping, dusting, dan perawatan lantai khusus.

Paham cara mengoperasikan mesin pembersih modern (contohnya floor polisher atau vacuum besar).

Mengerti penggunaan bahan kimia pembersih (cleaning chemicals) secara aman dan tepat

Memiliki Pengalaman di bidang Pest Control

Tegas, jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail kebersihan
