Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational tasks of the bootcamp, from preparation to post-learning activities.
- Prepare the technical and administrative needs for the bootcamp.
- Ensure an excellent learning experience in the bootcamp to meet student satisfaction expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, tutors, and other involved parties in the bootcamp.
- Collaborate with Learning Development to develop, improve, and manage bootcamps' learning materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support students' learning journey and program technical needs.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Interest in and understanding of Virtual Assistant & Secretary topics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong management skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, Classroom).
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in team leadership within a dynamic environment is preferred.
