Overview:
Manage daily class execution of Dibimbing.id Bootcamp as a moderator and facilitator
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily class execution
- Dedicate to guide students during the learning program
- Being weekly class moderator during the program
- Being moderator for external events related to class
- Manage all students assessment and grading
- Execute customer journey research
Requirements:
- Able to conduct an internship for at least 6 months
- Final year student (minimun 6th semester)
- GPA > 3.00
- Have an experience and interest related to our bootcamp topics (IT/Data/Marketing/HR/Product Management)
- Have a good communication and public speaking skill
- Love talking to people
- Passionate to hear complaints and constructive feedback
- Have an ability to turn unsatisfied customers into a valuable resource
- Good analytical thinking
- Passionate to gain more insights about education and learning program
- Have a good device and internet
- Experienced as Master of Ceremony (MC) or Moderator is a plus!
