Job description for Class Event Freelancer - BANDUNG at Mamafirst.co

PIC Event Freelancer

Menjalankan dan mendukung operasional acara untuk setiap kelas yang diadakan di Mama First Studio seperti mempersiapkan tempat, koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal, tim, dan peserta, serta dukungan operasional lainnya untuk memastikan acara berjalan lancar.
Melakukan Setup sebelum Acara dan membuat laporan serah terima barang
Membuat laporan mingguan seperti dokumentasi acara, daftar peserta, dan evaluasi kelas dan laporan acara lainnya yang dibutuhkan Perusahaan.
Menangani koordinasi dengan Klien selama acara (melalui WhatsApp, telepon jika diperlukan, dan tatap muka langsung) jika dibutuhkan.
Menjadi penanggung jawab acara dengan persona yang sesuai dengan persyaratan selama acara Mama First, baik online maupun offline, jika diperlukan.

Event Support Freelancer

Melakukan Setup sebelum Acara
Menjadi penjaga waktu yang bertugas mengawasi dan menghitung durasi waktu acara
Melakukan pengambilan foto dan vidio selama acara
Menangani koordinasi dengan Klien selama acara (melalui WhatsApp, telepon jika diperlukan, dan tatap muka langsung) jika dibutuhkan.
