Job description for CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER at PT. Knitto Tekstil Indonesia

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun manajemen proyek pembangunan/pemeliharaan gedung atau infrastruktur.

3. Menguasai perhitungan RAB, membaca gambar kerja, dan memahami spesifikasi teknis.

4. Mampu membuat perencanaan proyek (timeline, budgeting) serta laporan progres.

5. Software : AutoCAD, SAP2000, Visio, Asana, Excel

6. Teliti, disiplin, komunikatif, serta memiliki pemahaman K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja).

7. Bersedia ditempatkan di Batujajar, Kab. Bandung Barat

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Menyusun perencanaan proyek pembangunan dan pemeliharaan gedung, fasilitas, serta infrastruktur pendukung, termasuk anggaran, jadwal, dan prioritas pekerjaan.

2. Melakukan survei awal, pengukuran lokasi, serta menyusun gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis.

3. Mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan dengan vendor, teknisi internal, dan user untuk kelancaran proyek.

4. Mengawasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan agar sesuai spesifikasi, anggaran, dan timeline.

5. Mengontrol penggunaan material, peralatan, dan tenaga kerja secara efisien serta memastikan aspek keselamatan kerja.

6. Membuat laporan progres (harian, mingguan, bulanan) serta menyusun SOP/standar teknis pelaksanaan proyek.
