Job description for Civil Engineer at PT Buana Triarta

Job Responsibilities:

Membuat dan mengembangkan gambar teknik menggunakan AutoCAD
Menghitung dan menyusun BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Melakukan perhitungan dan pengecekan MTO (Material Take Off)
Melakukan supervisi pekerjaan di lapangan sesuai dengan gambar dan spesifikasi
Berkoordinasi dengan tim desain, struktur, dan tim produksi
Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar mutu, waktu, dan biaya yang ditentukan
Membuat laporan progres pekerjaan lapangan

Who are we looking for:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil
Pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang konstruksi (fresh gradute dipertimbangkan jika kompeten)
Menguasai software gambar 2D dan 3D (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit)
Memahami dan mampu menyusun BOQ dan MTO secara mandiri
Mampu membaca gambar kerja struktur dan arsitektur
Memahami dasar-dasar perhitungan struktur dan metode pelaksanaan
Bersedia melakukan supervisi dan kunjungan rutin ke lapangan
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
Teliti, detail-oriented, dan bertanggung jawab
